ASSIGNMENT
“Developing the online/offline image for Lookiero, a new personal shopper online service. Two key moments/objectives were defined: website browsing needed to be attractive and intuitive so that users could complete the purchase process, and the offline experience needed to be surprising and hook the user“.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
“We began with the offline experience, based on brand design and its packaging applications: Boxes, post cards, labels, etc.
Once the brand had been defined, efforts were focused on the online experience.
We designed the style profile as a form that users must fill out so that personal shoppers can select the most appropriate garments.
The next step was to design an effective landing page, that could appropriately and clearly explain operation of a new, useful service to turn visitors into consumers“.
SOLUTION
“Since its launch at the beginning of 2016, Lookiero has constantly and progressively grown. Today we are still working with the brand, implementing improvements and meeting everyday needs: advertising graphics, campaign design, newsletters, etc.“.
